Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive user research to understand stakeholder needs and drive design decisions
• Develop service design artifacts such as user journey maps and personas aligned with modernization objectives
• Ensure designs meet accessibility standards and facilitate collaborative design workshops for stakeholder alignment

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of executive-level leadership experience
• Expertise in user experience and human-centered design
• Strong knowledge of accessibility compliance (Section 508 and WCAG standards)
• Experience in agile delivery and iterative design processes
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and facilitate design workshops
