Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Centered Solution Research & Design Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive user research and drive innovation for user-centric solutions
Lead ideation, prototyping, and testing of design solutions based on user feedback
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for end users, and manage multiple projects

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 7 years of experience in human-centered design or user experience design
Proven experience in UX research methodologies and human-centered design principles
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
Proficiency in research methodologies and design/prototyping tools
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
