Human Data Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Human Data function, the full-time Human Data Operations Manager will manage multiple Team Leads and their teams to ensure high-quality training data delivery, build operational systems for rapid model development, and improve processes in a remote international environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for critical Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and guideline adherence at scale
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Team Leads and AI Tutors, focusing on performance management and talent pipeline building
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and continuously improve operational standards and quality assurance processes

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing Team Leads or equivalent managers in high-quality operations
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and their impact on model performance
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, JIRA, Linear, or Axiom
• Experience managing a globally distributed workforce with mixed employment types
• Strong track record of building and improving data quality systems and operational processes
