Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure high-quality training data production, oversee performance management, and actively participate in labeling tasks while driving operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data production
• Lead and coach a team of AI Tutors, conducting performance reviews and driving continuous improvement
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance via KPIs

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, or AI training/evaluation
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years of applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
• Experience with performance management and coaching
