Human Data Operations Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of AI Tutors, the full-time Human Data Operations Team Lead will ensure the delivery of high-quality training data and evaluations while actively participating in data labeling and process improvements in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quality and delivery for assigned Human Data projects, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data production
• Lead, coach, and performance-manage a team of AI Tutors, driving continuous improvement and maintaining high-performance standards
• Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks, implementing process improvements and tracking performance via KPI dashboards

Required qualifications

• 6 months+ of hands-on experience in data labeling, annotation, AI training/evaluation, or similar operational domains
• Basic understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on model performance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields, or 4+ years applicable experience in lieu of a degree
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with performance management, coaching, and training program development
