Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Factors Engineer (HFE) / Usability Engineer (UE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate user requirements into product designs and user interfaces
  • Support usability activities including study planning, data collection, and analysis to enhance product design
  • Prepare documentation for development activities and regulatory submissions while ensuring compliance with HFE best practices
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma/GED with 8 years, Associate's degree with 6 years, Bachelor's degree with 2 years, or Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering/Usability Engineering
  • Experience in medical devices, combination products, and relevant regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in conducting and analyzing various human factors methodologies and studies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with engineering and clinical teams to improve user experience
  • Experience in user interface evaluations and ergonomic design considerations
