Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Factors Engineering/Clinical Informatics SME.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize advanced analytical techniques to evaluate operational processes and enhance outcomes using human factors engineering methods
• Incorporate innovative research and best practices into product evaluations and design strategies to promote human-centered design
• Conduct comprehensive usability assessments to identify areas for improvement and recommend redesigns to enhance user experience

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Factors Engineering, Cognitive Systems Engineering, Human-Computer Interaction, Health Informatics, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in human factors engineering or a related field focused on user outcomes
• Deep understanding of human factors engineering principles, research methodologies, and usability standards
• Experience with SAFe's Lean Agile principles and practices
• Exceptional ability to articulate complex human factor concepts to diverse audiences
