Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Factors Research Scientist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex influence operation data and software development projects
• Collaborate with software engineers and data scientists to develop algorithms and ML models
• Oversee junior staff efforts and produce reports summarizing technical results for non-technical audiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master's with 10+ years, or Ph.D. with 8+ years
• 5+ years of experience in psychological R&D and statistical analysis
• Experience in the cyber domain and basic knowledge of AI/ML and data science
• Practical experience in influence operations and managing research solutions
• Must be a U.S. citizen with an active Secret security clearance
