Human Factors Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Factors Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and provide guidance on HFE activities, documentation, and user testing
• Ensure human factors principles and analyses are met, mitigate risks, and identify any gaps
• Assist in the development of class II medical devices and perform human factors usability studies

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in developing regulated class II medical devices
• Comprehensive knowledge of HFE principles and applicable IEC & ISO standards
• Experience in guiding and developing class II medical devices for medical device clients
• Expertise in relevant products such as DonJoy Iceman Cold Therapy or Polar Cube Water Circulating Pads
