Human Research Protection Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a HRPP Compliance Analyst-Term.

Key Responsibilities

• Interpret and apply laws and regulations to ensure the protection of human subjects and institutional compliance
• Coordinate IRB activities, including managing submissions and conducting reviews
• Provide regulatory training and support to faculty, staff, and students

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of eight years of related work experience
• Advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred
• At least eight years of direct experience with human subjects research protection and IRB regulatory processes is preferred
• Certification as an IRB Professional (CIP) or IRB Manager (CIM) is preferred
• Other combinations of education and experience that provide the necessary knowledge and skills may be considered
