Job Summary

Acting as a trusted HR partner, the full-time Human Resource Business Partner will drive people strategies and provide expert guidance on employment laws while supporting a high-growth, globally distributed startup in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute people strategies that align with business objectives
• Provide expert guidance on US and EU employment regulations to ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Lead employee relations matters, including performance management and conflict resolution, across the USA and EU

Required qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Deep knowledge of US employment law and working knowledge of EU employment regulations
• Proven ability to operate as a strategic partner while executing operational HR deliverables
• Strong experience managing complex employee relations cases across different cultural and legal contexts
• Commercially minded with the ability to use data to drive HR insights and decision-making
