Human Resource Business Partner
Job Summary
Partnering with HR Business Partners, the remote Human Resource Business Partner will drive initiatives aligned with business strategies, provide HR policy guidance, and manage projects to enhance organizational effectiveness in a contract role lasting over 7 months.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with HRBPs and global COEs to ensure alignment of HR programs with client needs
- Lead and coordinate HR initiatives, including performance management, talent review, and workforce restructuring
- Act as a culture champion, promoting engagement and continuous improvement within the organization
Required qualifications
- Up to 5 years of experience in HR-related roles
- Strong knowledge of HR programs and processes, including performance management and talent management
- Proven ability to build relationships as a trusted advisor within the business
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and organizational design
- Familiarity with employment laws and cultural differences in HR practices
