Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Manage administration of benefits, compensation, and compliance with employment laws
• Assist in creating HR policies and programs to foster a positive workplace culture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• One to two years of experience as an HR Generalist preferred; five or more years in human resources required
• SHRM-CP or related certification preferred
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and human resources policies
• Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; experience with ADP Workforce Now is a plus
