Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support the administration of HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer leave of absence and benefits programs while providing exceptional customer service
- Handle employee inquiries and triage calls to appropriate HR centers of excellence
- Manage employee status changes, COBRA administration, and benefits billing
Required Qualifications
- Two-year AA degree or three years of HR experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Three years of HR Generalist experience, focusing on benefits and leave administration
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee leave and benefits
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex issues with urgency
