Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to support the administration of HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer leave of absence and benefits programs while providing exceptional customer service
  • Handle employee inquiries and triage calls to appropriate HR centers of excellence
  • Manage employee status changes, COBRA administration, and benefits billing
Required Qualifications
  • Two-year AA degree or three years of HR experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Three years of HR Generalist experience, focusing on benefits and leave administration
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations regarding employee leave and benefits
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage complex issues with urgency
