Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join their remote team in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with employees and management to communicate HR policies, procedures, and regulations
• Coach and mentor people leaders daily
• Create and facilitate training events for management and associates

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources Management
• 2 years of experience with employee relations
• Strong working knowledge of state and federal regulations
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, specifically Word & Excel
• Compensation and job description experience is a plus
