Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Generalist to join their HR Organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle internal employee inquiries and provide resolution through email, calls, and chats
• Manage high-level and complex escalations, create guidelines, and support other HR Generalists
• Collaborate with stakeholders, develop project plans, and ensure seamless service delivery

Required Qualifications:

• Associate's degree required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• At least 3 years of equivalent work experience
• Basic knowledge of US legislation pertaining to HR & Labor
• Experience working with senior leaders
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
