Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist who will provide competent, courteous support and professional management of the day-to-day remote operations of the Human Resource functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and advise leadership on necessary actions
• Maintain and update employee handbook and policies
• Lead employee engagement strategies and initiatives

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years' experience in HR Management
• BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Hospitality Management or equivalent
• Experience managing a remote workforce or virtual environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with HR policies and employment laws
