Job Summary

Human Resource Management SME, an experienced professional is sought for a part-time, contracted role providing strategic-level advice on human resource management and human capital development for a U.S. Government program, with remote support and varying hours based on engagement needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on human resource management and human capital development strategies for Institutional Capacity Building programs
  • Develop and implement policies and frameworks to enhance talent management and workforce capabilities
  • Support strategic-level guidance and joint military staff functions through expert consultation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Retired O-5/O-6 level officer or E-9
  • Extensive experience in human resources, talent management, or organizational development
  • Experience in developing human capital development strategies and HR policies
  • Experience serving on Joint Staff, Combatant Command, or Service staff
  • U.S. Secret Security Clearance required
