Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resource Operations Manager who will oversee HR operations and ensure compliance across multiple states.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily HR operations and ensure compliance across multiple states
• Own end-to-end payroll processing and payroll-related reporting
• Manage HR systems (HRIS), data integrity, and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 6+ years of HR operations experience, including payroll and HRIS ownership
• 2+ years of people leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits, and compliance
• HR certifications (SHRM, PHR, etc.) preferred
