Key Responsibilities

• Source, attract, and hire qualified candidates for open positions while collaborating with departmental managers
• Maintain accurate and confidential human resource records in compliance with laws and regulations
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process and assist with onboarding procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource or related field preferred; Associate degree desired
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related office environment preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Must be a U.S. citizen; work sponsorship is not available
