A company is looking for a Human Resource Specialist for the DACH region, responsible for supporting employees and clients with HR needs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate employment life cycle for supported employees and provide expert-level support to clients
- Manage HR records, ensure compliance with local employment law, and anticipate potential issues
- Collaborate with internal teams, train new members, and contribute to the overall success of the business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of regional (DACH) HR experience
- Business proficiency in English and German
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of employment law
