Job Summary

Supporting payroll and HR operations in a hybrid full-time capacity, the Human Resources Administrative Assistant will manage timekeeping processes, assist with employee lifecycle activities, and ensure efficient office administration.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and process timecard corrections for payroll accuracy and maintain organized timekeeping records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation preparation and coordinating performance reviews
  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations
Required qualifications
  • 1-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
  • Comfortable using Google Workspace and basic spreadsheets
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
