Human Resources Advisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Advisor to provide support and guidance on HR policies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for complex HR inquiries and focus on case resolution
• Conduct internal investigations and address employee relations issues
• Support performance management and execute strategic HR initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred or 4 years of HR generalist experience
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an HR Business Partner, Advisor, Manager, or Generalist role
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines and employment law
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills
• Project management experience, including facilitating and coordinating groups
