Human Resources Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting the evolving needs of the HR leadership team, the part-time hourly Human Resources Technical Advisor will mentor new leaders, organize HR functions, and ensure effective communication of HR activities related to strategic initiatives, either in a hybrid setup or fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Mentor and train new leaders within the HR leadership team
• Lead and organize HR functions as assigned by the Chief People Officer
• Advise on the status and potential issues related to HR projects and strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• At least fifteen (15) years of operational leadership roles in the environmental services industry or equivalent
• At least two (2) years of human resources experience
• Knowledge of company tools, processes, culture, and leaders
