Human Resources Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for associates and managers, the contract Human Resources Advisor will respond to inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures, provide guidance on employee relations matters, and assist in resolving HR-related issues while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for associates and managers seeking guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs
• Respond to inbound phone calls and submitted HR cases related to employee relations and performance management
• Investigate employee concerns and recommend resolutions related to working conditions and disciplinary actions

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Representative, HR Generalist, or similar HR support role
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Strong computer skills, including experience with SAP and HR case management systems
