Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst to optimize HR processes and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for HR process improvements and implement enhancements
  • Ensure data integrity within HR systems and manage HRIS projects
  • Collect and analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support compliance audits
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of Workday administration/configuration experience
  • Strong experience in Workday Report Writer and analytics
  • Solid understanding of HR principles and employment laws
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred
