Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics for the Executive Team
- Ensure data integrity within the HRIS and perform regular audits
- Provide administrative support for annual HR programs and assist with compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a quantitative field
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role, preferably in HR
- Proven expertise in managing data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Prior experience as an administrator or heavy user of a modern HRIS
- Strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
