Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics for the Executive Team
  • Ensure data integrity within the HRIS and perform regular audits
  • Provide administrative support for annual HR programs and assist with compliance reporting
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Human Resources, or a quantitative field
  • 3-5 years of experience in an analytical or data-focused role, preferably in HR
  • Proven expertise in managing data using Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
  • Prior experience as an administrator or heavy user of a modern HRIS
  • Strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity
