Job Summary
To enhance HR service delivery, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Support Analyst will partner with various areas to support projects, develop reports and predictive analytics, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and lead HR initiatives to improve service delivery and employee experience
- Perform complex analyses and develop reports to support HR activities and track data trends
- Provide guidance and training to HR staff while overseeing project progress and responsibilities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in Human Resources, analytics, or a related capacity
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data reporting and analytics
- Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday
- Ability to manage multiple projects and support various HR teams effectively
