Job Summary

To enhance HR service delivery, the full-time remote Human Resources Business Support Analyst will partner with various areas to support projects, develop reports and predictive analytics, and assist in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Plan, develop, and lead HR initiatives to improve service delivery and employee experience
  • Perform complex analyses and develop reports to support HR activities and track data trends
  • Provide guidance and training to HR staff while overseeing project progress and responsibilities
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in Human Resources, analytics, or a related capacity
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with data reporting and analytics
  • Familiarity with HR systems, preferably Workday
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and support various HR teams effectively
