Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Analytics Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of systems for collecting and analyzing Human Resources data
  • Monitor and deliver management reports, analytics, and executive summaries aligned with corporate standards
  • Conduct training for Human Resources employees on reporting and analysis methodologies
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Public Affairs, or related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience
  • Experience in Human Resources Data Management and operational excellence
  • Proficiency in analytical tools including R, SQL, and Python
  • Familiarity with Six Sigma tools and statistical data analysis
  • Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
