Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Human Resources Assistant II will provide support in employee hiring, retention, and evaluation, while coordinating post-offer processes and ensuring compliance with licensure and credentialing requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate the onboarding process and conduct new hire orientation sessions
- Manage employment verifications, background screenings, and professional license verifications
- Provide ADP Enterprise data entry and system administration support for employee records
Required qualifications
- Relevant certifications or experience in Human Resources preferred
- Experience with compliance tracking for state licensure and certifications
- Familiarity with onboarding processes and employee training
- Proficiency in ADP Enterprise or similar HR systems
- Ability to work during EST hours
