Job Summary

Human Resources Assistant III, seeking an experienced candidate for a 3-month remote contract position focused on Leave of Absence (LOA) and ADA support, assisting employees with Short-Term Disability (STD), Family and Medical Leave (FMLA), and ADA-related requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support employees through STD, FMLA, LOA, and ADA processes
  • Manage high-volume inbound calls and document employee interactions in leave management systems
  • Collaborate with HR, managers, and benefits teams to ensure compliance with leave laws and company policies
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in leave administration and/or ADA support
  • Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, LOA, and related federal/state leave regulations
  • Minimum 3 years of customer service experience
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
