Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and optimization of HR workflows and standard operating procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Develop training materials and evaluate onboarding processes to ensure effective integration of new hires
• Oversee corporate benefit programs and support HR Business Partners in performance management processes

Required Qualifications

• HR Certification - SPHR strongly preferred
• 7+ years of HR experience, including compensation and employee relations
• 2+ years of experience in salary benchmarking and internal equity auditing
• Strong financial acumen and ability to understand business operations
• Familiarity with HR compliance and administration trends
