Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Human Resources (Benefits).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures
• Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations
• Guide and direct the HR team in completing daily tasks and managing performance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management, or Finance or equivalent experience
• Seven or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
• Three years of management experience preferred
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification or related certification preferred
