Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Payroll and Benefits Specialist to support payroll, benefits, and employee accommodations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead initiatives to monitor HRIS records, verify timecards, and track PTO
  • Serve as the primary contact for employee benefits inquiries and administer day-to-day benefits operations
  • Process leave-of-absence requests and partner with third-party administrators for compliance and enrollment management
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1-3 years of experience with payroll and benefits systems
  • 1+ years of Benefit Administration experience
  • 1+ years of Leave Administration experience
  • High level experience with HRIS, Payroll systems, and Microsoft Suite
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
