Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Advisor - Stores (Hybrid - Atlanta Metro).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support to Store Leadership on business and talent strategies
• Maintain talent summaries and workforce planning analysis while ensuring headcount accuracy
• Support Talent Assessment and Succession Planning, connecting talent needs across the Stores organization

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in associate relations or HR (preferred)
• Experience with HR metrics and analyzing people data
• Strong analytical skills to identify workforce needs
• PHR or SPHR certification (preferred)
