Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Advisor - Stores (Hybrid - Atlanta Metro).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide HR guidance and support to Store Leadership on business and talent strategies
• Maintain talent summaries and workforce planning analysis while supporting talent assessment and succession planning
• Develop communication and implementation deliverables for business transformations and HR initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with an emphasis on HR/Business or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in associate relations or HR (preferred)
• Experience developing strong business partnerships to support business objectives
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and analyzing people data
• Strong analytical and data acumen to identify workforce needs
