Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required, with specialized education or training in Human Resources or a related field
- 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience in global technology organizations
- 4+ years of experience building and scaling HR models and frameworks
- 4+ years of experience advising senior leaders on organizational design and change management
- 4+ years of experience leveraging data and analytics for people metrics and organizational diagnostics
