Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with executives and leaders to identify and meet practice and departmental needs
- Advise, coach, and counsel leadership and employees on employee relations matters
- Support the development and management of various HR projects and initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in multiple HR disciplines, including employee relations and performance management
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Experience in managing employee relations, performance management systems, and project management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
