Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, particularly in employee relations or HRBP roles
- Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including employment law, compensation, and performance management
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across various levels and functions
- Strong business acumen with experience in implementing employee engagement programs
- Experience in healthcare or health services is a plus
