Job Summary

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, particularly in employee relations or HRBP roles
  • Broad knowledge of HR disciplines, including employment law, compensation, and performance management
  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence across various levels and functions
  • Strong business acumen with experience in implementing employee engagement programs
  • Experience in healthcare or health services is a plus
