Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner III.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on business strategy and its implications for people and organization
- Develop and implement workforce strategies in partnership with the business to align with HR objectives
- Oversee complex human capital issues and collaborate with HR teams to create remediation plans
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resource experience or equivalent education and experience
- Experience managing Human Resources processes for employees for at least 5-7 years
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- General working knowledge of HRIS systems
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
