Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on business strategy and its implications for people and organization
  • Develop and implement workforce strategies in partnership with the business to align with HR objectives
  • Oversee complex human capital issues and collaborate with HR teams to create remediation plans
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive Human Resource experience or equivalent education and experience
  • Experience managing Human Resources processes for employees for at least 5-7 years
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • General working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • PHR or SPHR certification preferred
