Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Aligns business objectives with employees and management in designated business units
• Conducts weekly meetings, provides HR guidance, and manages employee relations issues
• Partners with leadership on talent development, succession planning, and improving workplace culture

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of Human Resources experience
• Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines and federal/state employment laws
• Prior experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Advanced degree and/or human resources professional certification preferred
• In-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management
