Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Align HR strategies with business goals and provide workforce planning insights
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
• Guide performance evaluations, support development plans, and facilitate training programs

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across all areas of HR
• Proven experience in building HR initiatives and teams
• Deep HRIS experience, including report generation and payroll support
• SPHR or SHRM certification
• Understanding of architecture and engineering principles is preferred
