• Project manage critical People Experience programs and communicate organizational updates effectively

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in an HR Business Partner role
• Experience in a fast-paced work environment during a time of transformation
• Experience supporting data-driven teams
• Strong understanding of HR compliance regulations and employment laws
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
