Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with executives and management to enhance team and individual performance
  • Analyze engagement and turnover metrics to create data-driven action plans
  • Provide performance management guidance and resolve complex employee relations issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in resolving complex employee relations issues
  • Working knowledge of various human resource disciplines including employee relations and organizational effectiveness
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of key business success drivers
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential desirable
