A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to manage end-to-end people operations and collaborate with leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive HR initiatives and processes aligned with organizational objectives
• Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance and a smooth employee experience
• Manage payroll processing and employee records while ensuring statutory compliance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-time HR experience in a generalist/HRBP role
• Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• Hands-on experience in payroll processing and HRIS & ATS tools
• Strong experience in talent acquisition and HR operations
• Solid understanding of compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance in India
