Key Responsibilities

• Identify trends and implement action plans in partnership with leadership using HR data
• Counsel leadership on performance management and career development
• Collaborate on talent initiatives and provide HR support including policy interpretation

Key Attributes & Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant human resources experience in a multi-site organization
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; HR certification preferred
• Strong understanding of HR programs including compensation and talent development
• Experience providing HR consultation on strategic initiatives
• Knowledge of employment law as it applies to policy administration
