Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Ops partner for Manufacturing leaders and frontline supervisors
- Develop people plans aligned with production goals, including headcount planning and hiring readiness
- Lead employee relations efforts and strengthen frontline leadership capabilities through coaching and tools
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of HRBP/People Operations experience in manufacturing or high-volume workforces
- Strong employee relations skills, including performance management and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to coach frontline leaders effectively
- Experience collaborating with Recruiting for workforce planning and rapid hiring
- High judgment and discretion in navigating complex interpersonal situations
