Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (Manufacturing).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary People Ops partner for Manufacturing leaders and frontline supervisors
• Develop people plans aligned with production goals, including headcount planning and hiring readiness
• Lead employee relations efforts and strengthen frontline leadership capabilities through coaching and tools

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRBP/People Operations experience in manufacturing or high-volume workforces
• Strong employee relations skills, including performance management and conflict resolution
• Proven ability to coach frontline leaders effectively
• Experience collaborating with Recruiting for workforce planning and rapid hiring
• High judgment and discretion in navigating complex interpersonal situations
