Job Summary
A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary People Ops advisor to assigned business leaders on people strategy and team effectiveness
- Translate engineering and product priorities into people plans, including org design and growth paths
- Own KPI reporting for the organization, ensuring data integrity and accurate people insights
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of People Ops / HRBP experience supporting corporate or technical teams
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-growing environments
- Demonstrated success in performance management and leader coaching
- Experience with onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
- Exceptional judgment and ability to influence without authority
