Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary People Ops advisor to assigned business leaders on people strategy and team effectiveness
  • Translate engineering and product priorities into people plans, including org design and growth paths
  • Own KPI reporting for the organization, ensuring data integrity and accurate people insights
Required Qualifications
  • 6+ years of People Ops / HRBP experience supporting corporate or technical teams
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders in fast-growing environments
  • Demonstrated success in performance management and leader coaching
  • Experience with onboarding, offboarding, compensation, benefits, and employee relations
  • Exceptional judgment and ability to influence without authority
