• Coach store leadership on disciplinary actions and manage complex employment matters

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field
• At least 3+ years of experience in Human Resources functions
• Internal applicants must have multi-unit management experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and administer a broad range of tasks
• Demonstrated ability to use technology for data interpretation and presentation
