Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP).

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Manage employee relations and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
• Collaborate with management to identify and address workforce needs and performance issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in a human resources role, preferably in a business partner capacity
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficiency in HRIS and other relevant software
• Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
